By now, you may be asking yourself, "How do I advertise (market) my own SFI business to generate the income I am looking for?" There are many traditional and "non-traditional" ways of marketing your business. For example, a traditional way of advertising your business, would be to put an actual advertisement, line ad, in your newspaper classified section. A "non-traditional" way of marketing would be to create your own bookmarks on your computer, print them out and go to the library. Put the bookmarks beside computers in the library, go to the marketing or business section of the library and put some bookmarks in some of the books in that section. TIP: Somewhere on the bookmark, back or bottom, write in handwriting, "Gotta check out this site", like you checked out the book and wrote that website down to remind you to look at it, and forgot your bookmark in the book. Talk about curiosity killed the cat! People are very curious, and if nothing else, will check it out!

Traditional Marketing Methods are not very creative ways of marketing, but are sufficient for promoting your business. They include, but are not limited to:

O.K., now here comes the more creative advertising, which takes a little more time and effort, but in the long run, will only benefit you!!!
• Go to your local colleges and write in chalk on the sidewalks:
"Need Extra Income? www.(yourwebsite).com
• Print out business cards or strips of paper and put them in your wallet, glove compartment etc. When you go out to dinner, leave one on the table with the tip, when you go to a convenient store, give one to the cashier, if you know someone that is a part of a community club, give them some and ask them to pass them out at the next meeting. Don't forget fast food drive thru...they hand you your food, you hand them a slip or a business card!
• Print out bookmarks and give them to friends, family, neighbors. Drop a bookmark on the floor in any store, someone curious enough will come around and pick it up!
Take extras everywhere you go...you never know what creative ideas you may have at luring people to look at your website.
